Typography of Solace

Took in 007′s latest offering (go see it!) and was impressed by Tomato’s typography for the location cards. Visit their site for a couple of other stills. The Port au Prince type in the actual film was different from the one they have. It was a cool Barnum looking type face. If anyone has a screenshot let me know!

VERY classy.
WONDERFUL use of type in film.
What a wonderful film to use this type of artistic expression, as well. I’ll DEFINITELY be looking for these when I see it.

I noticed those too, I thought they were great … It almost seemed out of place because normally they wouldn’t go all out on something like that, I guess that is why they were so noticable. I had no idea who did them. Now I do.
